LaporAja is built for confidential reporting. Report content, evidence, ticket IDs, and access codes should only be used to receive, review, and resolve submitted concerns.
Reporter information
Reporters may submit anonymously when the organization enables that option. If a reporter chooses to provide contact details, staff should use those details only for case follow-up.
Evidence and case data
Uploaded files and case notes are restricted to authorized staff roles. Reporter-facing tracking pages expose only safe status information.
Retention
Each organization is responsible for setting retention periods that match its legal, compliance, and investigation requirements.
