Reporter use
Reporters should provide information they believe to be true and relevant. Ticket IDs and access codes should be stored privately.
Staff use
Staff users may access cases only for assigned review, investigation, administrative, or compliance purposes.
Organization responsibility
Each organization is responsible for configuring roles, retention, routing, and notices that fit its policy and local requirements.
